Once known as Forfarshire, this lovely county borders Aberdeenshire. Angus is the birthplace of Scotland with the signing of the Declaration of Arbroath at Arbroath Abbey in 1320. The area had a history of speaking Pictish and Gaelic.
Today the area and its seven towns are known for their amazing scenery, verdant hillsides, stunning beaches and awe-inspiring coastline.
The county has great transport connections so has become a focal point for much cultural activity over the years including regular festivals such as the Bell Rock Music Festival.
There are lots of places to stay, eat and drink such as Vin-Tealicious. And of course, the odd steakhouse.
Should you want to travel out of Angus to visit nearby areas like the Cairngorms – or just to take in the wonderful countryside, our minibus or coach hire will take you there. Just give us a call.
There are some great places to visit in Angus such as Glamis Castle, Pitmuies Gardens and Caledonian Railway. If you enjoy history or eve the seaside we recommend you go and visit…
Arbroath Signal Tower Museum
From a fantastic location in the harbour, the tower was once the station for the 1813-erected Bell Rock Lighthouse that sits off-shore a further 11 miles out to sea.
It’s hard to believe but before being a museum, the building was temporarily used for council housing. Spend a great day out at the museum learning the story of the region’s maritime traditions and the history of the one and only Arbroath Smokie.
Angus should not be missed. And neither should its neighbours like Braemar, Banchory and Dunkeld – so always remember that our minibus and coach is always just a call away.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Our home is not easy to find but the driver had left plenty of time to follow our instructions when he phoned for help. He was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use and recommend this company again especially for groups of 6 and above.

My family were going out to Christmas dinner on Christmas Day. The price was fantastic to take 10 of us out including multiple pick up and drop offs. The driver Atif was extremely pleasant, prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Kind Regards, Stephanie International Business Manager.
